Where is my item?
Firstly, please allow up to 7 working days after confirmation of your order for your items to reach you. If you havn't received items within 7 days then contact us via our contact form.
I made an order, yet when will I get it?
We strive to get your order to you within 3-5 working days, if not sooner!
I have processed an order, yet I have not received confirmation?
If you feel you've made an order, yet not received confirmation then contact us via our contact form.
I have paid for a payment via Paypal, yet it the payment is still pending in my account?
If you've made a payment via Paypal, and it is yet to be captured then it means we have received your order, yet have not processed the order through our CMS. When we come to process an order, we shall capture the payment and the amount paid will be transfered to us.
I ordered a headphone and it is faulty, can I exchange?
We strive to keep our customers happy. If you receive a faulty item, then contact us within 28 days via the contact form and we will happily help you out. Send the faulty items back to the following address.

The items sent to me are not what I ordered. What should I do?
Get in contact with us using the contact form referencing your name, order name and contact details and we shall aim to get back to you within 24 hours (Working week).
How do I sign up for the lifetime warranty?
Once you receive your item, then you are entitled to lifetime cover. Please use the warranty form to sign up.
I am having difficulties processing my voucher code. How do I process an order?

When will I get my order?
You will receive your order in the time stated on the voucher.
Which courier do you use to send your orders?
For Groupon promotions we use Royal Mail. For UK deliveries will dispatch goods using Second Class Recorded. For international orders, Airmail.
I want to refund my voucher, what do I do?
If you have paid postage we can provide the refund for those costs and cancel your order. To refund the money paid for your voucher, you need to contact Groupon to process the refund on Telephone: 0203 510 0410 E-mail: email@example.com.
